PowerQuote für Mac

We have been using the PowerQuote software for over a year now and find the software to be a wonderful tool for anyone in the printing industry. We find the software to be virtually bullet proof. We have purposely tried to break and/or make PowerQuote malfunction in some way and have not succeeded. The PowerQuote software was easy to install and set up, which made it possible for a quick start to use the program. The people at PowerQuote were easily and readily available to help with any questions or concerns we had during the set up process. During the use of the program, if we had questions about the software, we have always received a quick and friendly response. The service is excellent! The program is easy to use. Just enter the specs for a job, choose the paper stock to be printed, add your typesetting, shipping, bindery, etc.... print the job ticket. Print it, ship it, invoice it, your done! We have quoted jobs to customers weather it be in person or over the phone in just seconds. With the job history tab, you can review all the jobs you have ever done for any of your customers. This gives you the ability to recall a job for a reorder. It's fast and easy! Using PowerQuote has been a wonderful experience for my printing company, especially after the previous estimating software we used. Our previous estimating program was a FileMaker based software, which would frequently make mistakes by miscalculating, losing records, automatically duplicating records, and would not link the right customer information to the active quote that was in progress. We have found PowerQuote to be an accurate Mac estimating program. I would recommend PowerQuote to anyone interested in acquiring or upgrading from an existing print estimating software program.
